Go to your profile, click in the "My profile" section on "Edit", choose between German and English under Language, and click on "Save". If the language has not changed yet, then refresh the page.

You can provide your name and phone number in addition to your email address. This is advantageous as organizers can see who is behind the request and also have the option to contact you not only via email but also with 1-click direct via call or via WhatsApp.

You can create as many teams as you like. When you create a tournament, you can select one of your teams as the host team, whereby the details regarding age group, playing strength, gender, and inclusion team are automatically selected. This saves you having to enter information in 4 fields each time you create a tournament. These details offer the possibility to filter in the tournament exchange so that teams can find suitable tournaments.

If you specify your sponsor with a name, logo, and website, these details will automatically be inserted when creating a tournament under the sponsor section. This saves you having to enter information in 3 fields each time you create a tournament.

Friendly Matches

1. create your team(s) in your profile to be able to create a friendly match.

2. choose between a home and an away match. The only difference is that the away match does not require the location information.

3. choose the team you want to play with. Age group, playing strength, gender and inclusion team are automatically taken from your profile, but can be changed here for this display.

4. if you are playing a home game, then enter where you want to play. This information is automatically taken from the club you have created. If the location is different, you can change it here for this match.

5. select either a fixed kick-off time or a period (which can also extend over several days).

6. select the match duration per half and the number of half times.

7. indicate how many players should be on the field (incl. goalkeeper) and who will provide the referee (association, host, guest, none).

8. optionally enter further information about the game in a free text field.

9. click on "Create" and your friendly match is created, automatically published in the finder and ready for requests.

3. now select the level you want to play against.

From Bambini to U11, the playing strengths are divided into the following levels:

Level 2 (technically inferior, physically inferior)

Level 8 (technically strong, physically strong)

From U12 up to seniors, the playing strengths are categorised according to the leagues available in each age group.

Yes, there is a live ticker. If you enter goals during the match, fans can follow the result in real time at home or on site.

Tournaments

The tournament finder is a bulletin board for published tournaments. Here you can find suitable tournaments and send the organiser a request to participate after selecting one of your teams. To find a suitable offer, you can filter by period, age group, playing strength, min. net playing time, min. free seats, players on the field, surface, gender and inclusion team. You can also use the search field to find tournaments directly via the name of the organiser (e.g. club) or the tournament itself. You will also be shown how many seats are still available in each tournament.

You can find an overview of all current tournament modes 

Go to the "My Tournaments" homepage, to the "Create Tournament" section at the top. Enter the name of the tournament and click on "Create". Your tournament is then created in a few short steps:

Fill out the required information for the organizer. If you have this in your profile, it will be inserted automatically. Then click on "Next".

Fill out at least all the *required fields and then click on "Next". If you select one of your teams created in the profile as the host team, the following 4 fields are automatically selected. Note the following information:

the tournament mode affects the number of teams that can be selected

"Playing Simultaneously" is only possible if you have selected at least 2 playing fields beforehand

the duration and break of the final round are only released for tournament modes with a final round

"Break First Round" / "Break Final Round" refer to the breaks between the matches

the "Number of Field Players" also includes the goalkeeper

Here you have the opportunity to incorporate several special rules into your tournament plan. For example: For X goals scored, a team receives X points regardless of the result. This rule is intended to create an incentive for more attacking football. Then click on "Next".

Here you can mention your sponsor with a name, logo, and link to the website. If you have this in your profile, its information will be inserted automatically. Then click on "Next". If you do not have a sponsor for your tournament or do not want to mention one, then click on „Continue without sponsor".

Here you select the teams for your tournament. Click on "Publish" if you want to publish your tournament in the tournament finder. This allows you to receive requests, which will then be visible directly underneath in the "Requests" section. If you accept a request, the guest team, including logo (if uploaded in their profile), will be automatically added in the "Edit Teams" section (below), replacing one of the standard teams. Alternatively, you can also manually change the team names and logos. To calculate the tournament plan finally, click on "Create Tournament plan" at the top right.

This page is the first you see when you open your tournament in the dashboard and is the control center of your tournament. From here, you can navigate to all pages, „edit“ your tournament at the top left, and access the „tournament plan“ at the top right.

You have the option to share your tournament via WhatsApp, Facebook, X, and email. You can download your tournament plan and the QR code separately as PDFs. You can download your tournament plan as a widget and integrate it into your tournament or club website to present the tournament plan to your members. You can add the date of your tournament to your calendar.

Have you published your tournament in the tournament finder? Then you will receive requests from interested teams with all relevant information such as club name, contact, age group, playing strength, gender, and inclusion team in this overview. You now have the option to decide whether to accept, reject, or put the request on the waiting list. The respective status will be displayed to you and the interested team. You also have the option to sort your requests into different categories for a better overview (All, Open, Accepted, Rejected, Waitlist, Cancelled). If you accept a request, the team will automatically be added to the participants field under "Edit Teams" at the bottom.

Here you see all the teams participating in your tournament. Initially, there are standard names like "Team 1". If you have selected a host team from your profile, it automatically occupies the first field. Teams from the „Requests“ are also automatically added. Both cannot be manually adjusted. Free fields not occupied by teams from the platform can be freely adjusted with new names and logos. Group names can also be changed here. To mark a place in the tournament finder as occupied, click on the box next to the respective team.

At the bottom you will find the info box with all relevant information about the tournament, which is also available to your participating teams and the fans. If you want to check anything about the match times, rules, etc., you will find it here.

Not necessarily. Your tournament plan is only reset if you change fields (e.g. tournament mode) that affect the tournament plan. In these cases, however, you will receive an information. All other fields can be updated at any time without any problems.

The main function of the tournament plan is to enter results into the schedule, click on the checkmark to save, and thus automatically update the table(s). When a match kicks off, click on the toggle to mark it as "Live" so that fans also know which match is currently running. Click on the toggle again after the match ends to turn off the "Live" marking.

You can also manually adjust the time and date of each match, swap the home and away team, insert the name or initials of the referee, and change the number of the playing field.

If you want to adjust the order of the matches, you can simply move them via drag and drop by going to the stripes on the left. Please note that the times are not automatically swapped.

Yes, that's possible. However, you will not see the "Send Request" button. The guest page has two functions:

1. to provide interested teams with more detailed information about the tournament than is visible in the tournament finder, as well as the opportunity to send a request to the organizer (only with a profile)

2. to provide fans and coaches with all information, results and tables on the day of the tournament in a clear format and in real time (no profile required)
